LeaderWeb is published by Onlyne SRL, a private limited company incorporated under Belgian law, with its registered office at Chaussée de Charleroi 280, 6061 Montignies-sur-Sambre, Belgium. Company number (BCE) and VAT number: BE 0804.289.851. Contact: [email protected].
LeaderWeb offers a subscription service covering the design, hosting and maintenance of a professional showcase website, built on the basis of the information provided by the customer in the order form.
The offer is reserved for professionals: freelancers, companies and associations acting in the course of their business. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are acting for professional purposes.
LeaderWeb offers three plans, which differ in the number of pages: Leader One (1 page, 19 € per month), Leader Multi (up to 10 pages, 29 € per month) and Leader Ultra (up to 50 pages, 49 € per month). A one-off setup fee of 99 € is payable when ordering. Logo design is available as an option, for a one-off fee of 320 €.
Each plan includes the design of the website, copywriting, hosting, the SSL certificate, mobile display, a contact form, the website’s legal pages, 3 rounds of changes at launch, 1 change per month and maintenance.
Prices are stated in euros, excl. VAT. Belgian VAT at 21 % is added for customers established in Belgium. For customers established in another Member State of the European Union with a valid intra-Community VAT number, VAT is payable by the customer (reverse charge). The exact amount, incl. VAT, is shown before payment.
LeaderWeb may change its prices. Any change is notified to the customer before their next renewal and never applies to a period already paid for, nor during the current commitment period.
Orders are placed online: the customer chooses their plan, describes their business, checks their summary, accepts these terms, then pays by card on Stripe’s secure payment page. LeaderWeb neither receives nor stores any bank card data.
The first payment covers the setup fee, any options and the first month of the subscription. The subscription is then charged every month, on the anniversary date.
The subscription is entered into for an initial term of 12 months from the first payment. At the end of that period, it continues on a month-to-month basis.
After the initial term, the customer may terminate at any time, by email to [email protected], subject to one month’s notice. No pro rata refund is made for a period already paid for.
If termination is requested before the end of the initial 12-month term, the monthly instalments remaining until the end of that term remain payable.
LeaderWeb aims to put the website live within 5 working days of receiving all the necessary information and content (logo, photos, any texts). This timeframe is indicative: it depends on the completeness of the material provided and may vary with the complexity of the project.
The customer has 3 rounds of changes at launch to fine-tune their website, then 1 change per month for the duration of the subscription. A round groups together all the changes requested at one time. Requests beyond this scope are subject to a quote.
The website is made available to the customer on a rental basis for the duration of the subscription. It is neither transferred nor available for purchase: LeaderWeb retains ownership of the structure, design, code and its technical know-how.
The content provided by the customer (logo, photos, texts, contact details) remains their property. The customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights to this content and that it is accurate and lawful.
The domain name registered by LeaderWeb for the customer, and any additional domain names redirecting to their website, are invoiced every month with the subscription, at the price shown when ordering (from 2 to 9 € excl. VAT per month per domain, depending on the extension). A domain name the customer already holds is connected to their website at no cost. The availability shown when ordering is confirmed at the time of registration: if a name is no longer available, LeaderWeb offers an alternative or removes the corresponding amount from the subscription.
The domain name registered by LeaderWeb is registered and managed by LeaderWeb on the customer’s behalf for the duration of the subscription. At the end of the subscription, the website is taken offline. A customer who wishes to keep their domain name may request its transfer; any registrar fees are borne by the customer.
As the offer is reserved for professionals, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply. In addition, when ordering, the customer expressly requests that work on their website begin immediately.
If a payment fails, LeaderWeb informs the customer. If the situation is not remedied within 15 days, the website may be suspended and the subscription then terminated, without prejudice to any sums still owed.
LeaderWeb uses all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without any guarantee of result in the event of force majeure, failure of a third-party provider (hosting, payment, email delivery) or improper use by the customer. The website is built on the basis of the information provided by the customer, who remains responsible for checking it before publication. LeaderWeb does not guarantee any commercial result or any ranking in search engines.
LeaderWeb’s liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount paid by the customer over the previous 12 months.
The processing of the customer’s data is described in the privacy policy. Where the customer’s website collects data from its own visitors, for example through a contact form, the customer is the controller of that data and LeaderWeb acts as processor, solely on the customer’s instructions and in order to run the website.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Charleroi.
