LeaderWeb is published by Onlyne SRL, a private limited company incorporated under Belgian law, with its registered office at Chaussée de Charleroi 280, 6061 Montignies-sur-Sambre, Belgium. Company number (BCE) and VAT number: BE 0804.289.851. Contact: [email protected].
When you order a website, we process:
Your contact details. First name, last name, email address, phone number, country.
Your website project. Business name, sector, description of your business, services, service area, opening hours, displayed contact details, visual preferences, domain name, legal information (business name, address, company number or VAT number) and the files you send us (logo, photos).
Your payment. It is handled entirely by Stripe. LeaderWeb never sees or stores your bank card data.
Advertising measurement. Only if you agree to it, see the cookie policy.
Until you have paid, your answers are stored only in your browser, on your device, for no more than 7 days. They are sent to us when you confirm your summary.
Reminders for unfinished orders. When you enter your email address, it is sent to Brevo together with your first name and the plan you chose. If you do not complete your order, you receive two reminders, after 24 hours and then after 7 days. Each reminder contains an unsubscribe link. Your address is removed from this list as soon as the order is paid, and at the latest 30 days after the second reminder.
Performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): creating, hosting and maintaining your website, managing your subscription and replying to you. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): invoicing and accounting. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): measuring our advertising. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): website security, fraud prevention and reminders for unfinished orders.
Your data is neither sold nor used to show you third-party advertising.
To provide the service, we use the following providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:
Stripe: payment and invoicing.
Brevo: sending order and follow-up emails.
Cloudflare: website hosting and protection.
Google Workspace: the email service on which we receive your order.
Meta: measuring our advertising, only with your consent.
Anthropic (Claude): assistance with writing and building your website, based on the information about your project.
The European VIES service is queried to check intra-Community VAT numbers.
Order and website project: for the duration of your subscription, then 3 years after it ends. Invoicing: 10 years (Belgian accounting obligation). Advertising measurement: no more than 13 months. Draft order in your browser: 7 days.
Some providers (Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Anthropic) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR).
Communications with the website are encrypted. The website has no database: your order reaches us by email and in our payment tool, access to which is protected by two-factor authentication.
Change requests. The change request form sends us your name, your email address, your website address and your message by email. Nothing is stored on the website.
If your website includes a contact form, your visitors’ messages are sent directly to you by email. You are the controller of that data; LeaderWeb acts as processor and does not use it for any other purpose.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Belgium).
